Reliable plumbing for remodels, additions and new homes: installed to code, pressure-tested and inspected before the walls close.
Plumbing for Remodeling and New Construction in South Jersey
Plumbing is the part of a project you never want to think about again once it is finished. DBella Builders provides plumbing services in South Jersey, Philadelphia and Southeastern Pennsylvania as part of kitchen and bathroom remodels, basement finishing, additions and new construction, as well as standalone plumbing upgrades.
All plumbing work is performed by licensed professionals, permitted with your township and inspected. We pressure-test supply lines and test drains before any wall or floor is closed, so problems are found while they are still easy to fix.

Plumbing for Older Homes and Slab Homes in South Jersey
Two situations come up constantly here. In Philadelphia row homes and the older parts of Camden, Haddonfield and Moorestown, the original galvanized supply lines and cast iron drains are at the end of their service life, and repiping in PEX solves a long list of problems at once. In ranchers and additions built on concrete slabs, drain lines run beneath the floor, so when we remodel a kitchen or bathroom we route new supply lines through walls and attic space wherever possible and avoid breaking up the slab. When a drain has to move, we cut, install and patch the concrete cleanly. Adding a bathroom downstairs? See our basement finishing service, and our electrical team handles the circuits in the same project.

Plumbing FAQs
Do you offer emergency plumbing or drain cleaning?
We focus on installation, replacement and remodeling plumbing rather than 24-hour emergency service. For planned work such as repiping, fixture replacement, water heaters and remodels, call us for a quote.
Do I need a permit for plumbing work?
Replacing a faucet or toilet does not require one. New lines, relocated fixtures, water heaters and repiping do in most the Philadelphia area townships. We take care of the permit.
Is PEX or copper better?
Both are approved and reliable. PEX is flexible, needs fewer fittings, resists freeze damage and costs less to install. Copper is a good choice for exposed runs. We recommend the right material for each part of the job.
Can you add a bathroom in my basement?
Yes. If the new drains sit below the sewer line, we install an ejector pump sized for the bathroom.
What are the signs that a home needs repiping?
Low water pressure, discolored water, frequent pinhole leaks and visible corrosion on exposed pipes.
