Siding Installation & Replacement in South Jersey

New siding protects your home from Pennsylvania weather, lowers maintenance and transforms curb appeal in a matter of days.

A Siding Contractor in South Jersey That Looks Behind the Walls

Siding is your home's first defense against rain, wind, snow and summer sun. When it fails, water reaches the sheathing and framing, and small problems become expensive ones. DBella Builders installs and replaces siding in South Jersey, Philadelphia and Southeastern Pennsylvania with attention to what is behind it. We inspect and repair sheathing, install house wrap and flashing properly, and detail every window, door and corner to keep water out.

Because we are also a framing, insulation and painting contractor, we can repair rotted framing, add exterior insulation and finish the trim in the same project.

Siding Replacement Across South Jersey and Philadelphia

Many homes in Cherry Hill, Marlton, Mount Laurel and Bensalem are on their second or third layer of siding, often aluminum or early vinyl installed decades ago over the original exterior. Faded color, chalking, loose panels, dents and drafts are signs that it is time. A full replacement lets us strip the old layers, fix hidden damage, add a continuous weather barrier and insulation, and give an older home a completely updated look. We also install siding in Moorestown, Voorhees, Haddonfield, Medford, Camden, Media and Doylestown, and we match new siding to the existing house on every home addition we build.

Siding FAQs

Should I choose vinyl or fiber cement siding?

Vinyl is the most affordable option, needs almost no maintenance and comes in many colors and profiles. Fiber cement, often called Hardie board, costs more but looks like painted wood, resists fire, pests and impact, and holds paint for many years. We bring samples of both and price both.

How long does siding replacement take?

Most homes take one to two weeks, depending on size, material and the repairs we find underneath.

Can new siding be installed over old siding?

Sometimes, but we usually recommend removing the old layers so we can inspect the sheathing, fix damage and install house wrap and flashing correctly.

Do you repair storm-damaged siding?

Yes. We repair and replace damaged sections, and we can provide a written estimate and photos for your insurance claim.

Will new siding make my home more energy efficient?

Siding alone adds little. The gains come from what goes on with it: house wrap, air sealing and rigid foam or insulated siding. Replacement is the ideal time to add them.
